The Zimbabwean economy has been struggling for a long time. Having experienced the hostile businesses environment we operate, I do not for a second take for granted that Hitbay has not only survived but has grown since its inception in 2013. On one hand there are challenges that are beyond our control which inflate costs such as infrastructure constraints, cash shortages, and limited water supply; on the other hand, we have to manage costs where we can, but do so without compromising on the quality of service that we provide our clients. This is key!
