I have been fortunate enough to travel to different places around the world. I have also worked in the so called first world countries in cities such as New York, Toronto and London. What I found interesting in my travels was how I generally had bad experiences in the toilets that I used at places such as airports, restaurants, at events, etc. You would expect that in these places that have good infrastructure, access to clean water, cleaning equipment and chemicals, and so on, the clean state of a toilet would be the least of your concerns. Think again! It is not enough to just provide a toilet. We aim to ensure that each and every user of our toilets has the same pleasant experience throughout. We call this the ‘Hitbay Experience’.
